Almond Swedish Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1 stick butter

2 eggs

1 1/4 c. sugar

1 T. almond extract

1 t. vanilla extract

1 1/4 c. all purpose flour

Sliced almonds

Cinnamon sugar

Directions

Melt 1 stick butter in 8” skillet.
Beat eggs, sugar, extracts and flour together in bowl.
Pour melted butter into the batter.
Mix well.
Pour back into hot skillet.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds and cinnamon-sugar.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
